Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 88fen website and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and fish shooting games. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 88fen ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 88fen platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

88fen reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform. Eligibility and Age Verification

The 88fen platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be aged 21 years or older. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) with full legal capacity to enter binding agreements.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 88fen.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling under any self-exclusion programme, whether requested via 88fen or any other operator, that remains active at the time of your registration or play.

88fen conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) identity and age verification as a condition of account approval and withdrawal processing. Players may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account on the 88fen platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 88fen will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must notify 88fen support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• 88fen reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where suspicious activity, fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
• All account details, including name and registered payment method, must match the identity documents submitted during KYC. Mismatches will trigger account review and may result in funds being withheld pending verification.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on 88fen are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 88fen does not impose currency conversion charges; the currency of your account is always BDT. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawing player must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit. 88fen does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposits.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are specified on the platform's payment information page and may be updated from time to time. Typical processing time for verified accounts is within 24 hours; in most cases significantly faster.
• 88fen reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if the withdrawal is flagged by our fraud detection systems or if the account is under review for any compliance matter.
• Players are solely responsible for any fees charged by their own payment provider (e.g. mobile operator data charges). 88fen does not levy its own transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by 88fen are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms are as follows:

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement specifies the total value of bets that must be placed using the bonus funds (and in some cases the qualifying deposit) before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window. Unclaimed bonuses will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated completion period. Failure to satisfy the requirement within the given period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus play being forfeited.
• 88fen reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where an offer is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, any wagering requirement already in progress will be honoured under the terms that were in place at the time of opt-in.
• Only one bonus may be active per player at a time, unless the specific promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with another active bonus.

Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any conduct that is abusive, fraudulent, or that undermines the integrity of the 88fen platform or any game offered on it. The following behaviours are explicitly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to play, place bets, or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating bets across multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers, RTP mechanics, or live game outcomes.
• Chargeback fraud — initiating a payment reversal via your bank or mobile payment provider after funds have been credited to your 88fen account and wagered. Any chargeback attempt will trigger immediate suspension and debt recovery proceedings.
• Knowingly exploiting a software error, game glitch, or miscalculated odds to place bets with an artificial advantage. Winnings derived from exploited errors are void and will be confiscated.

88fen employs real-time fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems. Accounts flagged by these systems will be placed under review, during which withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended. Players under review will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information before any final determination is made.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 88fen platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, brand name, user interface design, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88fen or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the 88fen platform without prior written authorisation from 88fen. Any unauthorised use of 88fen's intellectual property may result in legal action.

• The 88fen name, logo, and all associated brand assets are unregistered trademarks of 88fen. Use of these marks in any context without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
• Game content, including graphics and sound assets, is owned by or licensed from the respective game studio (e.g. Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming). All rights in such content are reserved by the respective rights holders.
• Unauthorised scraping, data harvesting, or automated access of any part of the 88fen platform for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms and applicable law.
• Links to third-party websites appearing in any 88fen communication are provided for convenience only. 88fen has no control over third-party content and accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any third-party site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88fen and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any other losses, even if 88fen has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• 88fen's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 88fen does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
• Game outcomes on 88fen are determined by certified RNG systems operated by licensed game studios. 88fen accepts no responsibility for outcomes that a player considers unfavourable, provided the game has operated within its published RTP parameters.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 88fen's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation may be submitted to binding arbitration. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from these Terms or your use of the platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose. Claims filed after this limitation period will be permanently barred. This limitation applies regardless of any statute or law to the contrary within any applicable jurisdiction.

Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 88fen account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements and provided no fraud investigation is pending.

88fen may terminate your account with immediate effect and without prior notice if you are found to have breached any provision of these Terms, if your account is involved in fraudulent or criminal activity, if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority, or if continuing to maintain your account would expose 88fen to legal or reputational risk. In such cases, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Any genuine real-money balance not connected to prohibited conduct will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
